Shipping policy

Delivery Terms

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer on the order form. The customer is responsible for checking the condition of the packaging upon delivery and must report any transport-related damage to the carrier on the delivery slip, as well as notify Get Blocks within one week. Upon request, the customer may receive the invoice at the billing address instead of the delivery address by selecting the appropriate option on the order form.

Delivery Issues Due to the Carrier

Any issue related to the delivery (damage, missing products compared to the delivery slip, damaged parcels, broken items, etc.) must be clearly indicated on the delivery slip in the form of handwritten reservations, signed by the customer. Additionally, the customer must confirm these issues by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the carrier within two (2) business days following the delivery date, clearly stating the complaints. A copy of this letter must also be sent to Get Blocks, either by fax or regular mail.

Delivery Errors

a: The customer must report any delivery error and/or product non-conformity (in nature or quality) relative to the details provided in the order form to Get Blocks on the day of delivery or at the latest on the first business day following delivery. Any complaint submitted after this period will be rejected.

b: This complaint may be submitted to Get Blocks:

  • Preferably by phone at 92 644 434, Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

  • Or by visiting our website in the “CONTACT” section.

c: Any claim that does not comply with the rules and time limits outlined above will not be considered and shall release Get Blocks from any responsibility toward the customer.

d: Upon receiving the complaint, Get Blocks will assign an exchange number for the product(s) concerned and will communicate it to the customer via email or phone. No product exchange will be processed without the customer having received an exchange number, as described above.
